Close Whisperer provides a private sales coaching layer for virtual meetings. This policy explains the information we may collect during the beta, how we may use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information that you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, and information included in a demo or beta request.
When you use the beta, we may process meeting content and contextual information needed to provide live coaching. We may also collect limited product usage, device, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We may use information to provide the beta, respond to requests, support users, protect the service, communicate product changes, and understand how product features perform.
We do not guarantee that every current beta capability will remain unchanged. Planned post-call summaries, performance insights, and manager visibility will be described and reviewed before they become generally available.
Meeting data and your responsibilities
You control the meetings in which you use Close Whisperer. You are responsible for following your company policy and the recording, consent, and privacy laws that apply to you, your organization, and every meeting participant.
You should give any notice and obtain any consent required before using a tool that processes meeting content. Close Whisperer is intended to support transparent, consent-based selling.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate Close Whisperer. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information as part of the private beta.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the beta, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may depend on the type of information and why it was collected.
